Thanks for the advice!

@Joel Owens wonderfully said. I definitely take your words seriously. I want to be fully committed. I will continue to save money each month. I so want to make this happen. I have an entrepreneurial spirit and I love business and I feel so restricted in nursing when it comes to that. But I will say nursing has primed me to be a hard worker. I want to be great at what I do no matter what it is. I love to learn and I am absorbing all that you all are giving me right now and I am truly thankful for each and every person who has given me their input/advice.  

@Michael Maslanka 3 12s would make things much easier. I want to it make worth it! Trying to in soak as much knowledge as possible.

@Nick Peters thank you for your input! I realize that too, which was why I wanted to see if any people have been creative in their part-time endeavors and making it work for them. I don't want it to feel like I'm doing it half-hearted. 

@Steve Milford thank you so much! I love to see you are making it work. Definitely may pick your brain more the further I progress into the role. 

@Chris Pasternak thank you for your input! I want nothing more than to rock at what I do and I know that starts with a good team. I need to do a bit more research on the teams in my area. 

@Chris Fox that's what I want to do as well. I want to become a full time investor at some point. My concern was when to take the leap especially since I am caring for my family. Even with full time investing being my main goal I still want to rock at being a real estate agent so I was trying to get a feel if it could successfully be done part time until I can make the full time commitment with real estate in general. I want to get started just like you! I'm tired of waiting.

@Karina Oliveira that's a nice option that I did not know was available. My goal is to get out of nursing at some point.
