@Pat Alford I would go with several properties (Of course, depending on condition, age, rehab, etc.) Or, MF with several doors would be a great way to go. I would have to see the properties to make that decision.

We are offering a 10% interest only return for financing our project, purchase and rehab.
Purchase price: $50,000
Rehab: $45,000

We would like to make a deal for 6 months with possible extension of 3 months. (Extension not typical.)
