Thanks, Kayla. I'm currently applying for a Special Use Permit (SUP) to build an 8-unit residential building. The permitting process is expected to take a few months to finalize. So I'm doing the preliminary work in the meantime--contacting the city to see what they would like, reaching out to the residents in the neighborhood, etc


 That's great that you are doing your research beforehand. Hopefully those permits come through soon! :)
