I found a property that I am interested in located in Erwin NC. I am looking to get a contractor out there to give me estimates on rehab costs. I would like a very detailed itemized list on with pricing and labor. Does anyone have any referrals? Thanks in advanced! 

@Jon Kelly Thanks! Analysis paralysis right? So you suggest hopping into what I think is a good deal then moving on from there? I just feel that once an offer is accepted, that clock is ticking and ticking fast.

@Jonathan Green thank you. I'm a new investor and live around Raleigh North Carolina. I'm looking to purchase property in the surrounding cities and towns. I would like to purchase in the range of 40-60k cash with a good ARV. I'm in the process of finding an agent, contractor, lender etc. I would like an agent who possibly invests themselves so I'm sure they're knowledgeable. I've done the normal research on REI but am always ready to listen and learn from someone with more experience.

As I get into REI I need to start building a team. Looking for someone who deals a lot with investors and possibly invests themselves.

Looking for a long term contractor to work with as I get started in rehabing properties. Any suggestions?
