@Lien Vuong this particular deal that I am looking at comes with long term renters.I definitely should have safeguards in place around inspections since inspections have been stalled at this point in time. I am thinking of some kind of guaranteed rental payments till I close the place. Anything that you would recommend in the offer?

For folks here, any thoughts on how the multi-family market coming to terms with the recent Coronavirus disruption? I was middle of a deal but not sure if I should wait it out at this point in time. A couple of interesting listings went off market over time due to this reason.
