Post: Is water heater on a gas line?

The water heater is turned off (no light on the dial - used to be green) and there's no hot water in the unit. Circuit breakers are fine. Is it because the gas connection was turned off and this heater needs gas to operate? Thank you.

Looking for a honest, reliable property manager for SFH in 75189. Must have referrals.

Hi Jonathan, hazard insurance is required by lenders to protect the liened asset (up to the loan amount) from elected perils e.g. water backup, theft, ordinance etc. Typically that's what I am seeing so far here in TX, it appears to be required on the transaction, but perhaps not based on location e.g. IL?

Budget is 25K, there's different work like paint, fence, lighting, LVP/EVP, decking, refacing cabinets, some hardware replacement.. I can share the list with the GC if they drop me a direct message. Thanks.

I am looking for hazard insurance for a property in the Dallas MSA, (specifically Royse City, TX currently) and a GC for rehab on the same. Please let me know for any recommendations.
