It seems legislation effecting real estate investors is changing by the minute here in Colorado. Would love to hear everyone's thoughts on the most recent change on ADU's.

Single-family residence buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $326,000
Cash invested: $80,000

3 bd/ 3 bath townhome, completely remodeled in 2021. This property is ideally located in northeast Colorado Springs with easy access to military bases, shopping, dining and entertainment.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

I bought this townhome after a divorce in 2020, my first home that was just mine. I house hacked for almost two years and saved a significant amount and I am hoping to invest in my next investment soon.
