Hey everybody! 

Anybody in the Dallas area have rental properties they need to fill?

I have some friends who are being transferred to Dallas for work. They're good reliable hard working people, looking for a 2 or 3 bedroom in the Richardson or Garland areas. I'm no longer living in Texas, but would love one day to get involved in some properties out there. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated :)

I'm definitely excited about the area down here. I'm originally from Jersey, but being down here for a few months makes me never want to go back haha. Seems like theres some HUGE potential to me as long as it's all done correctly.

I'm Katie, out of South West Florida. I've been following BP for a few months now, mostly youtube videos, but have yet to ever be active on the forum site. I'm new to the real estate business, and have been spending the past couple months gaining as much knowledge as I can before I jump in and start doing deals.
