Welcome Joe!  I think you will have much success in Philadelphia, I lived in Chester County for 8 years and the economy is doing well in Philly and nearby suburbs.  Plus a bunch of great hospitals that might have some employees that would make excellent tenants in a house hack situation.  

Did you listen to the most recent BP podcast episode 283 with Paul Thompson? If you did then you know he used a VA to grow his business.

Are there tasks that you don't like doing or ways your business could exponentially grow if you were able to have an assistant?  If so send me an email and let's see if I can help you.
