I'm looking for a consultant that I can hire more like a project manager for my residential build that is currently in the early stages of design to evaluate the design from a construction aspect, identify what we might be missing, electrical, hvac, etc considerations are taken into account and know about options for smart homes and can provide us options to evaluate without us having to research each component of the build. Looking for someone who is more knowledgeable than me and can be independent from contractor and architect on options I might be missing.  

Who are all the ICF Builders or Installers in San Deigo area

I'm looking to build our sfr home or a type of home and adu or duplex to offset costs of entire build. 

in order to save costs is it better to do dB or dbb and risks of both options. 

Really looking for a splittable lot, full rehab house  or a lot I can build a twin home on. 


Any suggestions on where to get an advantage to look.

Where should I look or post to find other people like myself that want to build their own SFR and maybe find a lot together that could accommodate two houses

We are looking for smaller lots for sale or able to be split that maybe a homeowner doesn't take care of and would like to make some money, looking at less than 7k sf lot for a SFR.

Looking more along the I-5 belt up to Encinitas. I know that we have to steer clear of Solana Beach because SFR lot splits are not allowed there. But if anyone has a lot, knows of a lot that is for sale off market or someone that is interested in selling their space or wants to go in together on a larger lot that is split able I would be interested in discussing,

I am looking for insights or groups that exist in the area for off-market properties in the area from Clairemont, Rancho Santa Fe to Encinitas area and even Allied Gardens or Scripps Ranch. 

I am looking for a lot (smaller sized lot or lot that I could split and sell a portion) and or a property to rehab/tear down to make into my own primary residence. 


Anyone know of any other groups, investors, or businesses that have off-market properties for sale that I could reach out to, to be put on a list for upcoming or current properties.
