Spokane, Washington renters need investors to buy and rent out more homes. According to an article published by a local news agency, KHQ, on January 16, the availability of 2 bedroom homes in Spokane is currently only 1.1%. Although these little houses are unlikely to meet the 1% rent rule, the entry cost for a turnkey rental is well under $175k and will allow for positive cash flow. This is a win-win opportunity to provide much needed housing to our area while building your portfolio with cash-flowing properties. Please take a look at our market here in the Inland Pacific Northwest and consider helping with our current lack of housing for an integral population.
