Hello all my fellow wholesaleons.  I need your help.  Looking to do my very first wholesale deal soon and I need to line up 

1.) a New York based attorney with at least 15 years experience facilitating HUD and double escrow closings

2.) a New York based title company with at least 15 years experience facilitating HUD and double escrow closings

Where ooh where can I find??? Anyone with referrals?
