Post: Expectations for Repair Timing - Dishwasher

Hello! I am currently managing two high-end properties in Columbus, Ohio. Unfortunately at one of my properties the dishwasher completely stopped working within days of a new tenants arrival. Since this is my first time dealing with a major appliance repair, I wanted to get your opinion on reasonable timing for replacement. Please see the timeline below and let me know if this is reasonable or if I should consider refunding $50-$100 this month for inconvenience. Our lease goes along with Ohio laws saying appliances should be repaired "within a reasonable amount of time".

Saturday, July 1 - Call from tenant stating dishwasher wasn't working properly. Made appointment within hours of communication.

Thursday, July 6 - Repair tech came to property and deemed appliance needs replacement. (Delayed due to holiday weekend.)

Thursday, July 20 - Expected dishwasher delivery/installation.

I appreciate your input!
