Hi BP!!

I am ordering bandit signs so I can begin wholesaling. I hit a wall because as I drove around today I saw so many bandit signs that said WE BUY HOUSES or SELL YOUR HOUSE. I was wondering if there are other slogans that anyone has been successful with?

This is great advice. I've always kept away from threads online but I'm happy I joined this one. Another concern of mine is that I recently put in an application for my real estate sales person license and I'm hoping this won't cause a conflict of interest.

Thank you guys. I've recently started looking into wholesaling homes. I've been researching a lot and the one thing that is difficult to find is information on the contracts needed. I would like something along the lines of the option to buy as well as being able to assign the contract

I am in Maryland/ Washington DC and I am looking for contracts I can use. There are very few attorneys in the area who deal with real estate investing. Any contract templates I can find online?
