Yes and it may also bring demand for rentals up if tougher to find. I will keep researching.

Thanks Cree I had no idea about this new rule. It could still work for me though as I really just want help paying my mortgage and taxes, while still planning on using the house myself as a weekend place sometimes, not to make a great profit. But I will look into surrounding areas also.
