Offer 1144CC This is a brand-new nationwide list released last night. All can be purchased under $10,000. What exactly does that mean? Depends on the market and the condition of the property. We have seen some sell for less than $2500 and the highest price we saw was $9000.

The REO's that we are marketing (at least the bank-owned ones) won't allow you to assign the contract. I have not seen any seasoning requirements so you would need to do a double close.
