Is this not a place of information?  

I'm finding within the last communications it is not. Yet i am willing to hear your excuse for blunder through a really bad webinar, questioning my license and not having common sense enough to defend yourself. As a licensed Realtor some here wouldn't pass Code Of Ethics. Disgrace. Never would I be part of your community.

Realtors don't reactivate a license.. Reactivate isn't a term used. Realtors renew with continuing education credit every 2 yrs.

Just visited my first webinar. Very disappointed. Lots of hype with no information. unless his family and dog and beginner real estate counts. Come on really Now you want an upgrade laughable.

Hello! I am excited to find this site! I was introduced to Bigger Pockets from another forum and decided to check it out. Well, here I am! 

Although still actively licensed since 1998, I left the real estate profession in 2007 for another career. 

As I approach retirement, I would like to learn more of the current market and investment opportunities. 

I'm sure the market has changed since 2007:) Knowledge and information will be of great help to me. I didn't know where to begin re-educating myself with selling; the current housing industry, foreclosures, investments and so on.

I'm not ready I feel to "hang my hat" with my current job. So this community is perfect for me as I embark once again in the real estate industry.
