I am new to the group and want to introduce myself and meet people! I am a licensed local property manager in the greater Asheville NC area and looking to  locate PM's in the area who may be looking to retire from the business and sell their book of business. 

I am also looking to start buying residential properties to manage for myself. I am new at investing for myself so looking for good forums to join and any advice you have to offer.
