Thank you very much! Ill pass this information on to my mom! Ill tell her to wait a month before relisting with another agent. She will be off of her conditional release from her last realtor and another realtor is trying to pick it up immediately. I will tell her its best to wait a month. Also Ill let her know that it will appear like a brand new property if she keeps it off the market for one month. I do not know what (rehab) means....she has owned this property for more than 15 years. And if rehab means improvements have been made, then yes. Also to answer that other persons question the property is in the beautiful Deerborn Mountains in Montana.

that is why im coming here asking if there is someway to wipe out that property history and therefore now be in a better position to sell it at the 345,000 price

its my moms property and as i mentioned her original realator told her it was worth 689000 now shes with another agent telling her to sell it at 345,000 and they did this to her she is in her 80's

We listed our home for an exhorbinant amount due to a realtor telling us it was worth way more than it was. It sat on the market for many years and we finally took it off. then the asking price was several hundred thousand less...it still did not sell after one year so we took it off and did major renovation. we rellisted. A truck hit our garage and we were completely without the ability to fix it in  a timely manner due to the time of year could not get a decent contractor to work on it We desperately want to relist but we understand that the property history given what it has become is a major deterent and we feel that we will continue to go round and round. Realtor.com actually projected the value of our home to continually decrease at the rate of 2% per year! We think that our last Broker black balled us because he wouild not even give us an unconditional release after the damage to our garage! How can Zillow help us?
