An elevator pitch will get you through the door - I will be happy to take you the rest of the way!

I am the Memphis regional property manager. I currently manage 120 properties within Shelby County. We currently have 2 other divisions working in Charleston, SC and Columbia, SC. 

I cut my teeth in the property management world working at a national property management company in multifamily at a 630 unit property in Hickory Hill. 

Our primary focus is on customer service. I know that this is a feature that most companies say they favor above all, but it IS our primary focus. We want satisfied tenants for referrals and renewals, and mostly, we want satisfied owners. I've been told from 3rd party owners that my response time is second to none and that they have never been so satisfied by a property management company. That is my goal. We firmly stick to our stringent customer service standards in good times and in bad. Evictions, fires - these aren't things that any investor wants to think about or deal with, but an experienced property management company will have procedures in place and deal with them swiftly and with the utmost communication. And we do.

We have contracts with several insured vendors to ensure that your properties will get the utmost care at the least cost to you. 

I, personally, am extremely familiar with the Memphis market and I'm confident that my skills in leasing and vetting tenants are successful. I can reasonably guarantee that if I lease a home, the tenant will be a success story and renew their lease, leading to further gains for the owner.
