Thanks  for the input. My husband and i just drove by the property. It didnt even look like the picture on the mls. I dont think i will go for it. 

Has anyone ever purchased a property that already has tenants? Furthermore they are section-8. I need advice because this is my first property and i want to make the right decision. Thanks for any advice.

Hi BP family! This is my second week in the forum! Excited and eager to learn. Since I am a Realtor I have access to the MLS but I don't see any great deals in there. Where can we go to take a good look at foreclosures or bank owned properties? I appreciate all the help!
