Good morning! I'm Kate from Richmond, VA! I've been investing in real estate now for a few years and now starting to for other creative minds to join in as I start building syndicates!

Goals for the year is to obtain 4 doors, and one apartment complex that has a minimum 4 doors. No smaller than 9% cap rate. 

Who else does capital raising? I'd love to meet with you and hear how you rock things!
