Post: investors and wholesalers

I have a 2br / 1 ba rowhome in the 19122 area with tenants currently paying $1675 until August when the rent goes up to $1800.  I would like to sell the house but would rather not go the MLS route and disturb the tenants with numerous showings.  Ideally, I am looking for other investors or higher-end wholesalers who might be interested in taking over the property ownership with minimal intrusion for the current renters.

If anybody has any tips on how I can sell a 2br/ 1ba rowhome in the Old Kensington/ Fishtown neighborhood in the quickest / easiest way, please let me know. The house is currently rented to tenants who pay $1700 a month until August. I don't want to disturb them with too many showings (what would probably happen if I posted on the MLS) but I would like to start the process of finding a buyer. Any suggestions would be great!
