My husband and I live in California and recently bought our first investment property in Texas. We plan on buying at least two more properties in Texas this year, and know we need to form an LLC at some point. Are we required to form the LLC in California where we live full time?  Or are we able to form it in Texas?  Ultimately, we plan on relocating there, but not yet.  TIA!
