I'm investigating a SFH rental in East Naples, FL. Looking at Zillow for rental comps, it seems like the rental would cashflow using a standard 30yr mortgage.

Anyone else investing in SFR in this area?

Does anyone know what banks will refinance a mortgage on an investment co op?

We were living in the co op when we got our primary mortgage. We are now renting it out but would like to do a cash out refi as there is untapped equity.

Any advice of lenders who will facilitate?

Has anyone had luck with a Heloc or refinancing a Heloc on a rented co-op?

We have a co op in NYC that we have rented for the past 2.5 years. There is significant equity in the property that we would like to use, but most lenders seem to be unable to do a Heloc on a rented co op.

Anyone else have this issue or a solution for it?
