Hello! Curious if anyone has good experience with a bank allowing them to open an account for a series LLC, specifically in Arkansas? So far, BOA, NKBC or Chase will not allow series LLC accounts. I am currently on hold with Wells Fargo but would love to get some other ideas.

Thank you!

@Curtis Bidwell Thanks so much! Sounds just perfect. I will message you for his information.

Hi BP! I am compiling a list of preferred vendors around Olympia, WA  and I wanted to get some recommendations. Below are the vendors I am looking for. Please comment if you HIGHLY recommend them and would use them again! The vendors would be used for small multifamily units (one unit at a time).

General Contractors
Painters (indoor and outdoor)
Plumbers
Electricians
Professional Cleaner
Handyman
Tax Accountants who specialize in real estate investing
Movers

Thank you!
