hey BP community!

I'm hosting a networking event for real estate professionals in October, and I need sponsors to help pay for the event. But I'm having trouble thinking of people I could reach out to who would benefit from exposure during an event like this. Who can I reach out to?

Hey BP community! We are starting to work with clients who are involved with DIVY. I do not know much about DIVY or what I can do as an LO with a DIVY loan. Any advice or recommendations for info gathering? Thank you!

Hey guys! What do you know about DIVY loans? We have potential clients looking to get out of their DIVY loans, but I do now know where to begin.

Hey everyone! So I am currently working on scheduling a party bus from some local realtors, and I am wracking my brain for ideas. I wanted to raffle some fun things off, but I'm having trouble thinking of other businesses I could partner with for this event. What do you all think?

1) What should this party bus come prepared with?

2) Gift basket/raffle ideas?

3) Who else could I partner with to help cover costs?

@Lucia Rushton - I love that idea! What is the best way to connect with new realtors?

@Chris Seveney- thank you so much for your reply. We are looking to connect with realtors as well as investors. That's why I randomly thought of foreclosure auctions. Do you frequent auctions? How would I find some in my area?

@Jackie Mesa - that is wonderful advice. My CEO has been telling me to do that for months lol and I still haven't started doing it yet! But I will this week :) do you recommend waiting until Friday or sending out the email on Monday? And is it market updates that are most helpful? What other info would you like to see in an email blast from your lender?

Good morning BP friends!

I was wondering if foreclosure auctions would be a good place to connect with realtors/investors. What do you think? I'm trying to think of niche places I could go to find and build investor relationships.

@Julien Jeannot - thank you so much for the advice! Can you elaborate on the door knocking with brokers? Would this just be literally going to a neighborhood and going door-to-door asking people if they're interested in selling/buying?

@Scott Mac - I can't believe you said that because I have been thinking about doing that! The only problem is, my house is still very much in its "starter stage" lol. It's tidy but nothing really matches and there are baby toys in every room lol. I'd love to do something in my backyard, but its really uneven. Maybe something in my front yard??
