I totally agree with y'all about multiple people living together. I wouldn't be interested.  I do wonder if the young people that are interested in this arrangement are dissuaded as much by COVID.  This is my first year managing myself so I'm curious if this is par for this time of year or if its more COVID than anything that's giving me problems.  I lowered the price again and have a couple bites so hopefully that will get these rooms rented! Thanks y'all!

Thanks for your reply! There's really not.  Its newly renovated in a neighborhood near 2 hospitals, on bus route. Its a real basic house with 3br 1ba up and 2/1 in the basement.  Has 2 living rooms and they just share a kitchen. I'm advertising as month to month as well.  is this a deterrent for people? I thought it would help.

I am renting by the room and having a very hard time getting interest to fill 2 empty rooms. I dropped the room price significantly and its lower than what the current tenants are paying. Utilities are included, dogs welcome.  I even removed the min qualifications from the listing just to get interest.  I have a friend renting by the room in the same area for $100 more per room and had a few people review my ad and tell me its good.  Is anyone else having issues filling right now, is it time of year, pandemic, what could it be?

Is there a good BP episode about zoning and getting property rezoned for multifamily? Interested in learning about this.

@Julian Buick lived in Savannah and Charleston and was looking for fast growing areas around there and Pooler came up. Thought Id do some digging. Thank you so much for the feedback! Thats helpful for sure.
