I'm looking at videos now about house hacking. If there are any specific videos concerning using VA loan that would be helpful. We just want to make a good decision buying our first home and would like to work our way towards investments in real estate. Sorry I couldn't figure out how to reply to each person individually.

My husband and I are wanting to move to Tyler, Texas to be closer to my dad. We are currently renting and looking for a house. We have thought about buying an investment property and not sure if we should flip a house or buy a 3-4 rental. I guess we need advice and would love to talk to someone in Tyler. Thanks!
