@Muneef Alfadli.   I just purchased a property from Norada. It took a little longer than expected because appraisal came back lower than the purchase price. The seller was able to lower the price and I closed in April. Everyone was very helpful and on top of things. I thought the process was easy and hassle free. Melissa from Norada was very quick to respond to any of my questions and guided me through this process.. So far it's been very good.

Hello BP Members and Happy New Year!!! I'm excited to share that I just purchased my first SFH in MO!!!! I was very nervous but finally decided to pull the trigger. I was in the paralysis mode for about 8 months. Anyhow, it feels good to have finally done it. Now I'm determined to keep the snowball rolling. I wanted to give you all a big thanks for being here and helping us all with many questions/concerns.

My next goal is to purchase a 2-4 units in OH or IN :)  . Are there any RE friendly agents here wiling to help me get started?? Can anyone recommend any agents/companies you have worked with?
