CBRE is processing a loan for me and has asked me to put together a company resume. I have put together personal resumes in the past, but have a feeling that this may have a different format. Would anyone be willing to share a template they have used for their multifamily real estate resume?

Sounds good, direct message will work. We are looking for a civil engineer/property inspector. I have to put a team together quickly before the due diligence period begins.  How do you like Anderson, is it still growing?

Hello everyone,

I am looking for a multi-family property management company that has experience in re-positioning a 40+unit apartment complex in terms of rehabbing the exterior and interior of the units. The apartment complex is located in San Antonio Texas and is over 30 years old and needs work on flooring, bathrooms, and kitchens. The exterior needs work in the parking lot, landscaping, and the siding, and maybe some fresh paint. I would like to hire someone that's experienced in construction management has done a few of these projects in the past.
