Hello everyone,

CBRE is processing a loan for me and has asked me to put together a company resume. I have put together personal resumes in the past, but have a feeling that this may have a different format. Would anyone be willing to share a template they have used for their multifamily real estate resume?

Thanks for the help!

 Doug,

Sounds good, direct message will work. We are looking for a civil engineer/property inspector. I have to put a team together quickly before the due diligence period begins.  How do you like Anderson, is it still growing?

Thanks!

Mo

Thanks Doug! I will give em a call and let em know I was referred by you. Thanks a lot for the referral. We are in Anderson. If you happen to have a good referral for an engineer, appraiser, and an accountant as well in the vicinity, please shoot me their names as well. Referrals have always worked better for me than the plain old internet. I appreciate your help!

Hello everyone,

I am looking for a multi-family property management company that has experience in re-positioning a 40+unit apartment complex in terms of rehabbing the exterior and interior of the units. The apartment complex is located in San Antonio Texas and is over 30 years old and needs work on flooring, bathrooms, and kitchens. The exterior needs work in the parking lot, landscaping, and the siding, and maybe some fresh paint. I would like to hire someone that's experienced in construction management has done a few of these projects in the past.

Thank you!
