Hello everyone,

My name is Kash. I am from CT. I starting out in multi family property investments.  I currently have 1 property in Bristol, and I am in the process of closing the second one in hartford. Both properties are 3 units, I prefer 3-4 units.

The first property was found through a friends broker, second one from mls. I am still learning how to evluate multifamilies.

Some challenges I ran into were with financing. I waited 2 years before looking for the second property, hopefully with two properties I can purchase one addition multifamily every year.

I am learning a lot on BP, and hope to use what I learn to grow quicker. My goal is to reach 15k a month.
