Thanks for your message. I have checked out ICOR and the others, but haven't been for awhile. I should get back there again. I will definitely keep you in mind for cash deals. As for walking me through a rehab project - I would definitely like that. Thank you so much for the offer! When can we get started?

Thanks to all of you for the welcome! I currently have two duplexes and my long term plan is to invest primarily in rental properties (buy & hold), but I would love to do the occasional fix & flip if I find the right property.
