Maybe one more question from me, i don´t know what is better.

Is it better to tell the people in my offer that i am an investor or is it better not to tell?

Hello, 

my Name is Karsten. I am 27 and live in germany. 

The deals i want to make are all in my area, Düsseldorf in Northrine Westfalia. 

I have to say, that biggerpockets has a very nice Youtube channel and i am looking mich Videos there. 

My question is:

I want to make much offers on "ImmobilienScout24", it is like the MLS.

But everyone can use it, you dont Need access. 

But the german people are fast angry and take it personal if they get an offer way down their price. 

But when an estate agent gets a low Ball offer from me, he dont will answer in the future. 

So Should i make much offers to much property or is it better to make an offer only to the property that sounds good from the price. 

Example:

171.000€, 3 rooms, built in 1970, 71 square meter. 

I Was looking for the property With the estate agent. 

I Made an offer from 140.000€.

She Was getting angry very Quick and laughed at me and said that This is a crazy offer. 

But she often has property and now in the future i think she dont answer me now. 

I am sorry for my Bad english and i hope you will understand what i say :-)
