Hi All,

I'm thinking about purchasing some land in Maine and placing tiny houses on it for STR. Anyone have any experience?

I'm thinking Southern Maine between York and Boothbay.  Some on the limitations/challenges I having been seeing:

1. Some towns require 1+ acres per structure

2. City water/sewer not available in most locations.

3. Some towns don't allow STR

4. Hard to find real estate agents with knowledge of available land

Does anyone have any experience/suggestions?

Also, and recommendations for real estate agents/property managers?
