Single-family residence buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $269,000

First house. Lived in it for two years then rented out.

Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $200,000
Cash invested: $225,000

Bought as a rental unit. Only one bathroom but otherwise nice. Good-size back yard. Needed work - replaced siding and windows, added a small shed in back, fixed the fence and back deck.
