Hey guys! I'm young & broke so can a quick way to get money be wholesaling mobile homes? I know it won't make nearly as much of a profit as other properties out there but would this be a good start to make a small amount of money by each deal I make from selling contracts to them??

Hi guys! I'm new to this site so bear with me. I'm 17yrs old & will be 18 soon. I'm not gonna lie... I'm so broke right now. My father is a real estate investor with a couple properties & he has shown me things here & there. I know quite a bit for my age but I want to know more. Any help is greatly appreciated. When I turned  18 then I'm going all in into this.
