Looking to start buying/wholesaling. I am looking to work with an acquisitions manager. Any suggestions of who would be a good fit for me?

Thanks for responding!! I just saw your response as I am new to this community. I receive what you’re saying, however I really question my market for your concept. I just tend to just lunge this year and give this flipping thing a shot.

Hello! I have been in real estate for roughly 18 years buying and holding. We recently had our portfolio reviewed by the bank to start flipping. I am somewhat apprehensive since this path is new for me, as we have typically bought homes, rehabbed them, and rented them out. My biggest concern is securing this line of credit and not having the system to effectively maximize our positioning. Any strategic help would be great. Be it wholesaling or assigning, or simply flipping, what process/method is most effective is where my interest lies. We have assets, money in the bank, exceptional credit, and very little debt. We are trying to kick 2019 off with a bang. Please share! Thanks in advance. Karl
