Hi @Carmela Hunt! We are also owner occupants of a three flat in Logan Square! Where are you located? We are at Armitage and Central Park. For what it's worth, depending on tenant quality and how updated it is, you may find that it's not too much to manage the property yourself, even with a demanding full time job. You could find a good handyman and someone for lawn care/snow removal, but avoid the fees associated with full property management. Feel free to PM and I can share more about our experiences if it would be helpful (we bought in April of last year).
