No he's not.. always during the day.. It's the older couple son.. but it and older couple three house down.. He not doing this at night .. 10pm to 8am is the hole town..

They never call me during the night always during the day .. Quite time is 10pm to 8am.. What I'm I to do .. make the couple move .. He's not hurting any one just working on a souped up truck or dirt bike . The older couple have been here for years...
