Sorry 1st photo didn't work.  Here is a photo from the inspection report.

I added the photo from the inspection report.  It's the entire stem wall that goes through the middle of the master bedroom.

New to all this but this purchase is actually for a primary residence. There is a foundation issue on one of the inner stem walls.  This was caused from a drainage issue that was addressed only a few years ago, but the damage from years of water is done. I have reached out to an engineer to do a complete inspection.  I read on another discussion that I should steer away from foundation issues that are on inner walls.  Will a few more of you weigh in on this.  It is for my primary residence, that I will live in for most likely the remainder of my life.
