Hi,

- Qualification for this loan is based on the property cashflow (monthly rent needs to cover the principal, interest, insurance, taxes)

- Property can be under a personal name or LLC

- No personal income or employment required

- No limit on the number of properties owned

- Purchase and re-fi options

If you would like to discuss further, let me know and we can set up a call.

Thanks,

Karla

Hi,

Is there an app where I can keep each of my properties with mortgage lender information, monthly payment due dates, how much each property is rented for, how much the home is worth etc?

Thanks

Yes, exactly. How can I get in contact with wholesalers?

Hi,

Can someone guide me in the right direction to find someone with access to homes specifically for flipping?

Thanks

@Doug Spence  Yes I have spoken to them about this and your explanation makes sense.  I guess my question was more around, is it "normal" for a turnkey property to come up short on appraisal? and if so, is that an automatic deal breaker?  I have always known it to be when I buy homes (for me to live in) that you don't move forward if the appraisal is less than the list price.  Therefore should you not move forward with an investment property in the same way?

@Doug Spence Thank you for taking the time to respond. I’m curious about one of the questions you mentioned.

What actually should happen if the property appraised for less than the purchase price? I’ve heard mixed things on this when it comes to turnkey property investments.

Thank you all for your input on this. It’s very much appreciated.

Wondering if anyone has used an investment property like Memphis investment properties to get into long term rentals.  Any pros and cons you can share?

Thanks

Karla
