Hi All!

We're interested in buying a smaller multifamily in Anchorage.  Owner's unit must be at least 3 bedrooms/2baths and at least 1600 sqft. It must be a nice area and doesn't need too much work. Terribly time of year to be looking, but if you know/hear of anything coming up please send them my way!

Best,

Kari

Hi All!

Anyone out there own any rentals in East Fairview? Particularly a newer build? Just wondering how well they rent and if a new building gets the rental rates (and market value) it should (compared to other areas of town).

Looking forward to hearing you experiences and insight! Many thanks for your time.

Best,

Kari
