Does anyone have a recommended technician or company that can help troubleshoot / repair a intercom buzzer system for my small multifamily property in Chicago?

Is this required if someone already filled out the 2019 version of this lease and is just renewing?  Is there a lease ammendment that we can add to extend the existing lease?

You make some great points.

Looks like putting the property on my name is best for now (until I can grow to have more investment properties).

Do you recommend that I have rent checks come directly to me or could / should I have rent checks go to the S Corp (management company)?

Hi, I'm pretty new to real estate investing and wanted to get some advise from you guys on how to setup a property I am getting.

1. Put the property under my own name and have the renter pay rent to a management company I have setup (currently using this Management company for other management businesses).

2. Put the property under the management companies name and have all rent checks go the management company.

3. Another option ?
