I'm not ready for that much of a financial commitment yet... Thank you though, if/when I get to that point I'm sure I'll happily buy it!

I'm ready to contact an out of state owner of a dilapidated house (planning on BRRRR). I see they didn't pay taxes for 2023 (county tax site) but I don't know where to look to see if they owe anything on the house. Where could I look to find out if they are still paying a mortgage? (I live in South Carolina)
