Who signed the lease initially? Give that person a regular 3 day notice to evict along with any UNKNOWN TENANTS OR a 7 Day Notice for breaking the lease,for SUBLETTING and moving everyone in. (Send over a new Creampuff property management person to interview reall nicely the tenants and THE TENANT in control responsible to be responsible for the rent SIGNED on the lease. and find out the arrangement for EVERYONE including the ^bat girl^.Real nice and cozy . the in control person :) should to be happy to help you because they may have to bear the brundt of it ALL.
Try to get a solution who is irritated and offer them to move with no penalty and good report to next landlord. then if that doesnt look like it will work:
Say you know I have to say I would like all of you to leave if you are not happy.

Evict THAT PERSON AND all of any unknown tenants altogether, As Unknown Tenants.
Settle by them all signing a master lease FOR THE WHOLE RENT all tenants responsible as a SECURITY DEPOSIT with respective amounts also individually agreed.
Take the girl issue with her alone in the house what did she pay--what portion...
offer in court to the judge. after you have filed the eviction on all of them. Last negotiation possible to pay her back half of her portion she should have paid_because she could have moved she wasnt obligated by a written lease...Say Well I guess I could evict her but she will have that on her record.But ask her why she didn't move if she was irritated.
