Hmm. Interesting @Brandon Sturgill.  I will definitely look into that.  Thanks so much.

Oh.  That is discouraging.  Well at the least I can help out a friend who is looking to buy and hold.  The search continues for a good wholesale.  Thank you @Ted Akers.

Hi.  I know a person who is preparing to do a short sale on their home.  I heard bells going off in my head.  I asked her to tell me what the bank needs before she puts the house on the market.  I've got buyers ready to go if the numbers are right.  My question is....What issues has anyone come across wholesaling a short sale?  Is it harder?  Is it easier because I personally know the homeowner?  Any insight would be much appreciated.

Hello all.  This is a great site.  I am new to RE but I am working with a great and experienced business partner while I gain experience and more knowledge.  I've been interested in jumping in for years and the opportunity presented itself recently.  Any advice you guys have is greatly appreciated and humbly welcomed.  At this time I am working on my first wholesale in the Central NJ area and have been putting my own Cash Buyer's list together.  I hope to do great business.  My first flip is soon to follow.  It's exciting.  Thanks.  TTYS.

I'm looking to buy a home from a relative and I'm running into a few issues.  One lender is uncomfortable with my bankruptcy.  Another lender won't give the loan if the relative stays in the home.  Is there a way around these issues??
