This is what I was told. 
15% down, 3.76% 5 year fixed, 20yr amortization, no origination fee, need to pay appraisal fee

3.59% fixed for 10 years, 0.5% origination fee, but there are criteria you have to meet in order to get this product. I forgot to ask how long it amortizes and I failed to write down how much down


3.99% fixed for 5 years, 25 year amortization, 30% down


I don’t know if I got the above terms because I’m local or if that’s standard

PM me. I just called about commercial loans locally (Jonesboro) yesterday. One was recommended to me by my realtor the other was recommended to me by another banker.

PM me and I can give you the name of someone who does do loans that are under $50k. Most traditional lenders will only loan $50k and above. I don’t know what the rates would be but it might be worth talking to him
