approx price/sqft to build (if you get approval forthe 4-6 units? ) and what if u don't get it, does it still work for you?

Who manages the short term rental? Do you use Airbnb or other platforms? I have a few properties in Savannah and wanted to test out the Airbnb model but I not local so a good manager is a must.

We are finally getting to our cash out refi and the appraisal the bank sent was not from Savannah and gave us a crazy low appraisal. Any recommendations for me for fighting the appraisal? The appraiser won't budge so we are appealing to the bank...any recommendations?
