Thanks everyone!  He literally stole from us and I've contacted the FBI and will be filing a lawsuit.  Lesson learned!  We will recover and it's part of our education.  if anyone has been ripped off please contact me and I'll add you to the lawsuit!

Aaron Harding who is a listed as a "PRO" member here on Bigger Pockets scammed us big time as a private money lender.  I've contacted Bigger Pockets to remove his profile.  Do NOT do business with this person!
